This house is super unique, and I?d love to use it to the fullest. We?re seeking to foster a cozy but vibrant sense of creative community here. After this pandemic passes, we?d love for it to be a social space ? host dinners, meetings, readings, screenings, game nights, tiny performances, etc. Less a party house, and more an ?activated space.?

It?s a hundred-year-old home that was *just* renovated beautifully. Here?s the details:

????? Lease is from April 1, 2020 - April 1, 2021 (however, if you end up needing to move for any reason, you can with one month?s notice)
