Large, double, fully furnished room for rent in a large modern house 3 miles south of USC. Washer, dryer , internet, and utilities included. The use of kitchen and other common areas allowed. We are 3 working professionals seeking another working professional or graduate student.
we are quiet, clean, respectful, social but also keep to ourselves.. We are seeking a mature, respectful, trustworthy, clean individual who pays the rent on time. There are also two friendly pitbull that mainly live outside.
Two references and a background check will be required.
