1 Bedroom in a HUGE 4 bedroom 2 Bath Fourplex

Hello,

I have a bedroom opening up in a Fully Furnished Spanish Style Apartment in a Fourplex located very centrally in Historic West Adams.

The unit is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the building. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and the 3rd floor also has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Therefore, it really feels spacious and as if you are only sharing with one other person. It is almost 2000 square feet in total.

The unit is currently full but one tenant is moving out to live with her sister who has just moved to Los Angeles and therefore she is leaving us. (she did want to stay, but we only allow one person per bedroom)

Once the person is selected I can introduce them to the current tenants to make sure everyone would get along. If it all goes well, we would be signing a lease with everyone on it for the entire apartment. This is not a listing for just renting the one room. That makes it very difficult and confusing for everyone. So please make sure you are willing to get along with others. :)
(so far, all the roommates are very personable and friendly and would like to keep it that way) The $900 is for the portion of the full rent to cover the one bedroom.

As stated above, the unit is fully furnished. That means, there are beds, sheets, blankets, hangers, TV (in each bedroom), Utensils, Towels, etc...

The unit also comes with Refrigerator, dishwasher, Washer/Dryer in the unit, stove, etc...

It is a lovely unit and it's located in a great residential neighborhood. Close to the 10 freeway and really, unless you are going to the Valley, very close to everything.

Also note that there is no smoking anywhere inside. We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy and can be a great addition to the place.
