Private Room in a Spacious 3 Bedroom 2 Bath House

About the property:
2-story, 3-bedroom house with a large shared downstairs area and all bedrooms upstairs. There is a common full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs. We are centrally located in West Adams, only a few minutes from downtown, USC, Koreatown, and Culver City! The house has a large backyard, a garage, and a washer and dryer. The room itself has its own AC unit.

About the roommates:
I’ll be starting a new job that unfortunately necessitates me moving, so I’m looking for a new roommate to take my room in this awesome house for the remainder of the lease until the end of August. The roomies are Ken (M, 31), his fiancé Miquelle (F, 29), and Sonia (F, 29). Ken is a construction superintendent and Miquelle and Sonia are both students.

All the roomies are friendly, intelligent people with great senses of humor. We’ve all enjoyed many a bbq, movie night, and game night together. Miquelle and Ken are also expecting a baby around August. The roomies have three dogs and two cats, all very friendly. While they obviously love animals, they unfortunately don’t have room for any additional animals at this time.
