Room in 2bd/1ba, parking, in unit W/D by Expo Park

I am looking for a house mate (1 person only, no pets) to share this apartment just south of the coliseum. It’s a 5 min bike ride or 15 min walk to USC, Expo Park or E line metro station, and 3 min by car to the 110 freeway.

This complex is mostly families and has a few young professionals - moderate street noise is present.

Me: I’m a vegetarian, non religious and heterosexual; it’s fine if you are and equally fine if you aren’t. I spend more time at work or out of the house, but I value keeping it clean, organized and inviting so we can host friends and events. My partner lives out of town but often stays 1-2 weekends a month; I also travel somewhat frequently.

Lease conditions: requires credit > 700, income > 3x rent (full rent is $2500), and no prior evictions. These are set by the management company who will verify that you meet them with W2s, bank statements, etc.
