Hi! I am looking for a person / 2 ppl who can take over the lease asap! The lease starts 06/01/24 and ends 07/25/2025 with the rent of $1012 ( utilities included). It is located by USC ;5 min drive, and it is also a walkable distance. You will have a private room and a bathroom in your room with your own security code panel on the door. There are 15 bedrooms in the building mostly occupied by students. Each floor has their own washer and dryer and the common spaces are well maintained.
