Hello! The apartment is on the penthouse floor overlooking the pool. It?s only a 10 minute walk to Fig at 7th (Target shopping center), 10 minute drive from the Staples Center, and two blocks away from the local grocery store!

My landlord is trying to lower the rent as well for me, so rent may be cheaper.
My bedroom is on the opposite side of the apartment and both bathrooms are unattached to the bedrooms. There is no master bedroom.

Apartment includes:
- Bedrooms big enough for a king sized bed
- Spacious balcony
- In-unit washer and dryer (big enough to fit duvets)
- Fully loaded kitchen
- Furnished living room and balcony

Must be okay with:
1 dog (extremely well behaved)
1 cat (a brat and hides most of the time)
1 tiny turtle (the cutest)

We only ask that you clean up after yourself and be considerate. Availability date for rooms can be discussed.
