Private Furnished Room with Shared Bath

This is a private furnished room for rent. The room has a bed with bedding, dresser, nightstand and lamp. The bathroom is shared with one other person. Also shared is the Living Room, Dining Room, Game Area and Laundry (Washer and Dryer)
There are three other tenants living at the residence. They are all in the entertainment business; actors, comedians and magicians. They are all young males.
There is parking in the back of the residence and also on the street.
The tenants are very close and I would like a tenant who will be able to fit in.
Background check will be performed prior to signing any lease.
