private room with a shared bathroom (Shared with just 2 neat people). Utility bills, wifi, and laundry are ALL INCLUDED. Everybody is well educated, clean, and keep to themselves, There's common spaces like kitchen and living room. Pretty convenient location close to Staple Center and LAX, Disney Land.
