Law Student Seeking Roommate!

Hi! I am a law student looking for one roommate. Move-in is flexible but looking to find someone as soon as possible. I’m looking to fill a spot in my 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment close to Loyola Downtown LA/Loyola Law School Campus/USC. The rent is $2000/month, including ALL utilities, parking (!!), wifi, and amenities. The apartment has in-unit laundry and a patio, and the complex has a pool, spa, gym, and sauna. The apartment common areas are already furnished - so you would only need to furnish your own bed/bath. A little bit about me: I'm 24, a big foodie, and love trying new spots and exploring Downtown, also very into fitness if you want a workout buddy! I am on the trial team at school and have an internship so I need a roommate who ideally I can co-exist with, someone who is respectful and clean! The lease can be 6 months, with a month-to-month extension.
