We are looking for nice roommate, who is become like a friend, can respect others, loving pets. Long relationship couple, around mid 30 age. Both are professional work.
Very opened mind, flexible, honest, responsibility clean well and LOVE animals!!
We have lovely friendly small dog and 3 cats.
Our apartment is 2b 1 and 1/2ba in south pasadena. The room is available RIGHT NOW!!
Rent is $880 for a month, all utility include! and Deposit is $700.
The renting room is about 450 sq feet. Just done carpet cleaning like new! west side window, large closet. Some furniture available and come with own shower room.
Central heater and air conditioner.
The relax big living room has a fireplace, couch, TV and designer's dining table.
Kitchen is equipped with all the cooking utensils.
A nice patio is good chill for after work! with has a couch and I do gardening.

Washing machine and dryer are in the apartment.
Permits are required for street parking.
There are two bus stops in front of you. Easy access to pasadena, dtla and alhambra.
Just drive straight by huntington dr to downtown LA. It's better than use freeway during rush hour time.
The glossary stores(pavilion, Vons) 5 min away by walk. SOUTH PASADENA is really safe, quiet, beautiful and nice people.
