You'd rent a cute bedroom in a charming duplex with its own half bathroom, brand new carpets, new ceiling fan, new custom ordered mirrored closets, 2 windows, and that comes pre furnished with a trundle bed and desk--but you're welcome to bring your own furniture.

NOTE: Complete access to the common areas of the house are included in the rent and they're use is encouraged. This is a home share, not a room rental.

Common Areas of the House:

The living room is large and prettily furnished and can be closed off from the bedrooms. The front door of the house opens into it. All wooden floors and craftsman touches throughout.

The dining room is large, prettily furnished, totally separate from the rest of the house and can be closed off from the bedrooms. All wooden floors and craftsman touches throughout.
And, because the living and dining rooms are separate rooms on their own, we each have access to completely separate working/eating/hanging areas at all times.

There is only only one restroom with a bathtub and shower and that we would need to share. Luckily, the restroom is big and spacious and kept orderly.

Full access to the kitchen is included and I have most kitchen appliances including a Keurig, Ninja, toaster, dishwasher, etc. The kitchen has a back door that opens up to the garage area and patio/BBQ

The unit comes with its own patio and its use along with the patio furniture and grill is included. Views of the rolling South Pasadena hills--free!

The home has an extra deep garage with lots of storage where I've hooked up my washer and dryer so LAUNDRY is ON SITE and it's use, plus half the storage space is included.

Parking is plentiful on the street and costs approximately $2 a day or $100 annually payable directly to the city of South Pasadena.
