I am seeking someone to share, my place. Quiet building located close to the beach I work a lot so when I am home I chill, go out to eat, see friends, and travel. The building has a small gym, sauna, pool, hot tub, and ping pong table. Garage parking is an additional $75 per month. Internet included, utilities only other utility is electric. There is a washer and dryer on site, hardly used, clean, safe cashless. Nice neighbors. I am easy to get along with, ask that you be hygienic. I have kids who visit around the holidays, but are rarely if ever home when they do. I am getting rid of the current couch and exercise pole, lol.
