Master Bedroom

I am looking for a mature female to share my two bedroom condo with. I live in a quiet area and most of my neighbors are mature adults. Although the condo comes with a pool and jacuzzi this will not be part of the rental because of the strict rules in the complex. I am willing to share the kitchen. I have a spare fridge in the garage that you would be able to use. No guests, loud music, keep kitchen intact. I am asking for $950 + $950 cleaning fee as long as you give me 30 days and the room looks just how it was given to you I will give it back. I must add that the bathroom was recently remodeled.
