Private room in house

We have a room for rent with a closet and bed, the room has red oak hardwood flooring and a wall of built in shelves. We are looking for the right roommate to fill this previously Yoga room. There is a large fenced in yard with a dog and fruit trees with room to grow lots of vegetables and plants. If you have desire to garden we would love to hear from you. I usually work from home during the day and the other roommate is male, 40s and works full time.
