Private floor of Condo in Studio City

We are a couple looking to rent out the extra bedroom in our home in Studio City. It's a very spacious room with a private, full-sized bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a private balcony. It is fully furnished and on the second floor of a three story condo. The second floor also holds a guest room and the laundry room. The first floor has the living room, kitchen, and a guest bathroom, and our room is on the third floor. We have three dogs and a cat, so we are not open to anyone with pets. The cat is hypoallergenic but, if you are highly allergic, it might not be a good fit for you (I have a slight allergy to most cats, but have no problem with ours). We are fine with drinking, but prefer non-smokers. Looking for someone clean, friendly, and positive! Major plus if you are eco-conscious! We take several measures to keep our home green and would love if you did as well.
