Private bedroom & bathroom in Luxury Apartment

My roommate is moving out so I am looking for someone to take her place and sign a new lease with me. You would have your own private bedroom and bathroom in addition to a tandem parking spot in the gated garage. We have shared use of the common area (living room, kitchen, dining room, patio and in-unit laundry!) Complete with almost every amenity imaginable: 24 hour doorman, controlled access building, pool, spa, business center, 24 hour fitness center and a courtyard with multiple seating areas, barbecues and a fire pit. Also, as much as I love pets, we cannot have them in my building.

Total costs for you - $1550 monthly rent + utilities. Move in costs include first and last month rent + security deposit - all due upon July 1 move-in.

A little about me: I enjoy spending time with friends and family, exploring the city and seeing new places, going to the beach, cooking, yoga and traveling. I am very clean, respectful and like to keep the apartment nice. I don't smoke or do drugs, if you do, we probably won?t be a great match. I would love to meet potential roommates in-person to make sure our personalities are similar too!
