Full use of kitchen with gas stove, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher. Assigned space in gated/covered garage. Easy access to all freeways (101,134,170), bus stops and Metro station are nearby as well. Furniture in the bedroom can be removed upon request although I'd prefer leaving the king size bed. I am looking for someone responsible to sublet starting in July for at least three months (+ or - negotiable).
