We have a private bedroom and a living room available to rent on February 1st. Both share a bathroom which has deep built in storage shelves for 2 people. Rent includes all utilities except Wi-Fi ($30/month each person).
Living Room is separated from kitchen/dining area by a curtain (which you?re welcome to update) and is a HUGE space with a large window. Easily fits a Queen bed with dresser/desk, etc.
Private Bedroom fits a full-size bed with ample room for dresser, desk, etc. It?s on the opposite side of the apartment from the master with the living room in the middle.
We?re a chill friend couple sharing the master suite so we?ll never use your bathroom. Very easy-going just trying to make it out here like everyone else.
Open to couples in living room for slight rent and deposit increase. Bedroom doesn?t feel made for two people but you?re welcome to try.
