-quiet and secure boutique complex
-commercial washer/dryer on each floor
-underground garage tandem parking
-open parking on the street for guests
-located blocks from Ventura Blvd

Room:
-spacious (fits king size bed)
-unfurnished
-hardwood floors
-double mirrored closet
-private bathroom

Roommate:
-30-year-old female professional
-laid back and drama free

Security deposit is $1,600. All utilities including cable come to $40-$120 a month as water and power are paid every other month.

Lease is month to month, but looking for someone to stay minimum 6 months.

Flexible move in starting 9/1-10/1.
