Room available in a 2 bedroom, 1bath Zen House

I am subleasing my spare bedroom, located in the heart of Studio City, off of Ventura Blvd, minutes from Universal Studios. This 2 bedroom 1 bath house, recently got a make over with brand new floors. The room is very airy, and gets a lot of natural light, brand new floors have a tv, incase, it?s needed. Bathroom is shared, so I am looking for someone who is conscious (especially during this given circumstances),considered, tidy, clean, and respectful of the shared space. Preferably a single professional female who is looking to stay min of 6 months. No couples. Read Less
