The house has canyon views, sun all day long and the sunsets are unmatched. Plenty of light, outdoor space, storage, laundry, parking garage and street parking available.
Close to plenty of shops, coffee, bars, restaurants and grocery shopping.
Easy access to 101, 134, 170 and 405 freeways.
I have 2 cats that are very easy and social. Dogs are ok as long as it doesn't eat my cats. :)
If you are looking for plenty of space, amazing views and a quiet retreat thats close to the chaos of the city this is your place.
I work in music and entertainment. Under normal world circumstances I would be gone a couple times a month for work.
Rent is $2950 for your half (i pay the same). Would need First, Last and Security Deposit to match what our current lease is. I absolutely love this place and my current roommate is leaving Los Angeles. Very much want to stay here and enjoy this place with the right person.
