Good Sized Room W/ Your Own Bathroom

Hi! My names Amanda, I’m fully vaccinated and would prefer if you were too or are in the process at least. I’m in the healthcare field and in school currently. I have an empty bedroom that i would love to be filled. It’s very good sized with a closet that’s the length of the room! The bathroom is large with a shower and tub. I have my own bathroom but only occasionally need use of that one for a bubble bath. Shared space of the living room and kitchen, both on the bigger side so it doesn’t feel cramped. I love the area I’m in...we are right next to a park with access from back of building. We do have laundry, pools and bbqs available on site. About a mile away from north Hollywood arts district and a couple blocks from tujunga village where there’s amazing coffee and food! Metro station close and quick 10-20m drive to Hollywood/West Hollywood area. Street parking available typically no problem. I do have 2 cats already so unfortunately no more extra pets. if you smoke cigarettes you’ll have to do it outside of the apartment.

The rent price does NOT include bi-monthly water/power and monthly internet expenses.
