Beautiful Room with Ensuite private bathroom

This is a large 3 bedroom apartment with a very large private patio that is amazing to relax in. The bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom and is upstairs. I am downstairs and the 3rd roommate is stuck in Canada and probably won't be back for several months so just 2 people in a large 3BR. There is a pool in the building, a large livingroom with fireplace and a great kitchen. There is always street parking available.
It is all about the energy for me, must be easy going, respectful and considerate and somewhat clean. I am in real estate and also a creative, writer and performer, I meditate and enjoy quiet mornings and I am vaccinated. I have a small very friendly dog so you must LOVE dogs.
