Private entrance - Room for rent

Bedroom with private entrance and private bath. Shared living room and kitchen privileges if desired. Mini-fridge and microwave in the room for those that would prefer their privacy. Utilities are included as well as wi-fi internet access. Room is downstairs and rest of living space is upstairs. Very private. The room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on need.

I am looking for a renter that doesn't smoke or do drugs and likes dogs. I currently have two dogs in the house. One lives with me permanently and the other I am dog-sitting.
