The TownHome Complex is broken up into 17 units and are managed by each of the owners. There is an enclosed courtyard along with Controlled Access to premises.

The rental includes all your common utility stuff + AC access and Heat access.
Etherent access and Wifi access.
Rental Room is thr master room in the home.
Room also includes its own private full restroom. (tenants are responsible for cleaning restroom)
Along with the rental comes access to the Full kitchen, dining and living room area.
Washer/Dryer access or there's a laundromat less than 2 miles away.
Surveillance parking for your vehicle included.

UTILITY BILL IS NOT INCLUDED.
utility bill will be split between tenants evenly every month.

currently two tenants at location. one tenant is a professional male and a professional female.
Woman Tenant uses her own bathroom. The male in the home has a bathroom that can be shared.
There is a cat that lingers outside in porch area.

No smoking cigarettes indoors, more than welcome to outside :)

No outside visitors unless there is a written exemption from Frances.

REQUIRMENTS:
- Tenant must provide general background check ( Host can provide instructions when ready)

-Tenant must provide proof of income for at least 3 months.

-Tenants must be respectful to each other, their personal belongings and of course Respect the space.
Any damage done to the property by tenant will be deducted from the deductible and or paid for by tenant if damages are greater than deposit.

-Rent&Utility bills must be paid on time and within grace period or contract will be cancelled with no deposit back and renter must move out within 7 business days. No exceptions.

-Follow the basic rules or contract will be broken.

- breaking the contract could potentially mean no deposit return and eviction.

-$150 dollar late fee if rent isnt paid on time. $50 for every two days the payment is not made.
