Room for rent

Hello! I am looking for a professional, mature, and respectful individual to rent one of my bedrooms to. I live in a quiet and secured gated community, with close access to the 210,5,14, and 405 freeways. There is plenty of parking throughout the complex, but is a first come, depending on the hours of the day. I am currently working nights, so obviously I sleep during the day, therefore a noiseless environment is greatly appreciated. The room is furnished with a queen size bed, a closet, two nightstands, and a mounted 40? tv. Cable and WiFi are included in utilities. If you are looking for a quiet and safe place to relax after working all day, or night like me, this might be what you are looking for.
