I am looking for an individual to occupy our unfurnished bedroom. This is NOT a shared room, you will have the room to yourself. Room has a large window and large closet. Shared bathroom.
Common areas will be kitchen, loft & bathroom. Loft & bathroom is located right outside the bedroom. These bedrooms are located upstairs.
Price includes utilities: Gas, water, power.

We are searching for the right person which we feel comfortable with to allow into our home. Area is really quiet and peaceful. Located minutes from 5fwy, 405fwy & 210fwy.
It is currently 3 of us living here; my son and I and 1 roommate.
$750 monthly (deposit of $300)
