Your house mates: I?m a 32 year old female. I own this home. I work as a freelance artist full time and am pretty busy most of the time. I'm responsible, clean, and pretty easy going. My other house mate is a 24 year old make up artist from Boston. I have two little dogs, they?re very friendly and well behaved. :)

The house is on a quiet street, has a relaxing enclosed backyard, fire pit, garage, on-site laundry, plenty of street parking, drive way parking, lots of parks and hiking trails in the area.

Let me know if this sounds like something that could work for you! Month to month, $900 (all utilities included) plus one month deposit.
