Room For Rent (Utilities Included)

I have a fully furnished (two twin beds) room for rent in a 2 bed 2 bathroom house in Sylmar. All utilities will be included (internet/ water/gas/ electric/ trash). The neighborhood also has a community pool and hot tub which you would have access to during the summer months.

I am a professional who works a lot during the weekdays and am looking for a roommate for the Summer months only. I do have a 5 year old Chocolate Lab who lives on the property (very friendly).
