Private Bedroom W/ Bathroom

One room with its own bathroom. There's a pool, balcony, dishwasher, parking spot, laundry, large living room. Must complete credit check with management before anything else happens and sign a 1. Year lease. Not looking for a couple but a single parent with one child is fine. I don't smoke cigarettes. My son hangs out for 2 hours a day and spends the night 2 times out of the month. He is very well behaved.
