$800 Room for Rent

Renting a room in my condo with shared bathroom.
My awesome roommate of 2 years is relocating and I have a room available. You will share the bathroom with a couple across the hall.
Asking $800 rent and $600 deposit. All utilities are included water, power, WiFi, and you’ll have use of the washer/dryer, living room, kitchen, and pool/hot tub. We always have the AC on and we have great WiFi for students/work at home individuals.
I’m looking for someone responsible and friendly who likes dogs (we have a 1 year old dog). We are pet friendly with a pet deposit. Couples welcome with an adjusted rate since there will be two moving in.
There are 2 couples in the house and we’re all friendly and keep to ourselves (except the pup).
Room is available for move in.
