Two bedrooms available for rent with their own private baths in a drama free, fun home. We are two housemates who are looking for two more ( male or female), to welcome into our home. Must like dogs as we have two small ones. The larger room is $1300, and the smaller is $1200 and includes utilities. Please be non smoker, clean, and drama free. No children, and no couples please. Rooms will be available September 5th and will go fast. Mel is a business owner and Tennis Instructor and has lived in the house for about 5 years, and I?m a Scuba Instructor and in the Insurance industry and have lived in the house almost 3 years.
