You would have your own room, plus a private sitting room including a private bathroom with shower, and bathtub, in its own wing. The house is 1800 sq. ft. in gated community, with a large swimming pool, tennis courts and rec room.
There is gorgeous patio in the front of my apartment and has a covered double garage which also houses the washing machine and dryer.
I have all the cable, HBO, Amazon, Hulu, plus a security alarm system. My home is fully furnished so no additional furniture please. I have two Maltese so you must love dogs, but no additional animals please
My home is an alcohol and drug free home, occasional drink or wine with dinner is OK, I am sober 22 years and all of my friends are program girls.
I am a designer and I work from home, so privacy is enormously important to me.
