Shared kitchen and living room.

85-inch tv, Netflix, high speed wifi- and all other utilities are included.

Dryer/Washing machine/Dishwasher/Fridge are enabled to use.

Street parking plenty.

The Security deposit is one month. You need to submit an application and background check, and only one person is allowed to live in the room.

$2600 or $2800 total to move in.

Min stay 3 months.

Stable income

No drug user. Socially drinker.
