Large Bedroom & Private Bathroom in Luxury Condo

I'm located in Toluca Lake. 2 minutes from Studio City and just off Ventura Blvd, which has tons of restaurants/bars. I'm one exit away from Hollywood/Highland and close to Griffith Park if you enjoy hiking. Up Lankershim is NoHo village with more restaurants, a movie theatre and gym.
My unit is on the third floor of a relatively new condo complex. The building is safe, with a code/key entry through the lobby and garage. One garage parking space is included.

The space:
The bedroom is located near the front door, with large windows facing the courtyard (bed and chair in photos are included if you like). The private bathroom is just across the hallway.
The living room/kitchen/dining area is an open floor plan with hardwood floors. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen.
The decor is minimal but cozy, with some plants, books and a huge comfy sectional.

Me:
I?m a 31 year old professional fashion designer, born and raised in LA. I'm nice, easy going, and treat my space as a sort of haven.
I love cooking (japanese food often- i'm part japanese), being active (hiking and running mostly) and being out doing random things (shopping, museums, restaurant/wine things). Clothes and fashion are obviously a passion and I do like to keep my place nicely decorated but minimal. Plants, some art and books around. Incense sometimes. I like to keep the place feeling generally calm and serene.
That being said, i'm very open to my roommate bringing their own touches and want them to use the space freely.
Between working at my studio, hanging out with friends and traveling, I have a pretty busy schedule. When I am home, i'm pretty low key and will most likely be cooking, sleeping or netflix binging. I generally keep to myself but would like to get along with and enjoy seeing my roommate when we cross paths.
