My condo's second bedroom in the Toluca Lake/NoHo Area is available now until early November for a short term rental. The room has it's own en-suite bathroom and is currently unfurnished (can potentially be furnished
depending on the arrangement).

Tandem, gated parking
Central heat and AC
On site gym
Hot tub
Gated complex
Recently renovated floors
Great natural light

Rent is $1350 and amenities are usually anywhere from $50-$100 (electric is billed every two months). Move in date is flexible and the great news is no annoying landlord or property manager to deal with.

A little about me: I'm a female, 25, who is in film/TV. I'm currently on hiatus, but will be starting my next gig in August. Looking for preferably another female (though definitely open to discussing) also in their 20s-30s
who is respectable, clean, and can make their payments on time.
