Looking for two FEMALE roommates for two open room in our 3bed/3bath house in West Toluca Lake. Neighborhood is extremely safe and quite buried in West Toluca Lake, 5 mins to NoHo Arts District, 10mins to the studios (Universal, Disney and WB), and 15mins to Downtown LA. Close to freeways, Burbank airport, grocery stores (Trader Joe’s, Wholefoods, Ralph) and restaurants.
Rent is $1,600 for a large room and $1,400 for a smaller room including utilities. Lease will be one year, but we are open to short-term lease as well.
We can only accept one person for each room and female only (no couples or family sharing one room).
Requirements: financially stable, credit score needs to be above 650, clean and respectful. We will do a background and credit check. If you think you are a good fit, please tell us a bit about yourself and what you are looking for.
