Private Bed/Bath In Townhouse

Hi I?m a 30 year old female living in a 2 bed/2 bath Townhouse on the boarder of Toluca Lake/Burbank. Super nice area walking distance to stores/shops. I?m clean and easy going. I work at an insurance agency my mom and i own. I like to go out in weho and the beach. Also have relaxing nights in and cook. Looking for a nice roommate who can possibly also be friends with. :)
