LovelyPrivate Room w/ensuite bath in Toluca Woods

I'm a professional female who is easy-going, friendly, upbeat, fun and out-going. I also have a creative side. I enjoy outdoor activities and working out, including yoga, hiking, cooking, eating clean, movies, concerts, exploring cool places in and outside the city and just hanging out with family & friends

I'm respectful and considerate of others, their property and their privacy. I'm hoping to find a pleasant responsible person with a positive outlook to share my nice 3 bedroom approximately 1500 sq ft apartment. Although it's a 3 bedroom, they'll only be the 2 of us living there, i. e., me and whoever I end up renting to.

The room for rent is a nice private bedroom with hardwood floors, high ceilings, shelving and a walk-in closet plus a private tiled full bath with a porcelain bathtub and a shower above the tub. The bath is inside the bedroom suite

There's also a very comfortable organic cotton bed, a newer L-shaped desk and other basis furniture pieces, plus a mini fridge, coffee/tea maker & microwave, if wanted. The apartment also has a near-gourmet smallish kitchen, an in-unit washer & dryer, high speed internet, Cable TV hookup, central HVAC and a nice patio and garden area, etc.

Generally a minimum of 6 months is required (however I have occasionally done 3 months) otherwise I'm flexible on the length of stay. Let's talk about what works best for you when we speak.

I'm located in the Toluca Woods area adjacent to the NoHo Art District, Toluca Lake, Studio City, Universal City, Valley Village and Burbank. This is a really nice area with loads of cool eateries, theaters, fitness centers, shops and other convenient amenities within walking distance.
