Full use of kitchen with small fridge, (no cabinet space), range, microwave. Shared bathroom., (some, but very limited cosmetic storage space), Washer, dryer. Completely furnished, all dry goods, dishes, housekeeping etc. provided. Large deck with full sofa and new dining table with chairs. I work long hours, when home usually sleeping or cleaning. I have one 14lb., 10 year old dog (not a yapper), that accompanies me to work and everywhere else possible, and 1 older indoor cat, (usually asleep on cat tree). I am work oriented, quiet, respectful of your space and privacy, very clean. Please note that while there is definitely adequate space for an average wardrobe, there is absolutely zero storage space for boxes, bins, and random items. Miscellaneous belongings may not be stacked inside or out. We wish to maintain tidy, uncluttered appearance of our home. Space is priced accordingly. House is built next to hillside. There are ten cement steps leading to front door. (there is a sturdy handrail.) Driveway is steep, asphalt is old and chipped. This area is somewhat wilderness and very woodsy.
