Amazing Topanga Loft

Super chill loft runs the length of the house. Private with closing hatch door. New carpeting, fresh paint. Two windows show Topanga canyon views. Like living in a tree house! Tenant must be able to easily climb eight ladder steps into loft. Ladder is secure, wooden, built in. Loft is five feet in ceiling height at highest point. Space has its own heating/air conditioning, with remote control for that area. Shared bathroom, full access to kitchen with refrigerator, brand new retro- style microwave and toaster! Full-size washer/dryer on premises. All dishes, cookware, utensils, dry goods, eco detergent provided. Space is only appropriate for one single person, sorry, no couples, children, or pets. Searching for someone who works full time outside the home, (as do I), sorry no remote, work from home, part time or retired. Cul-de-sac, quiet family neighborhood, please no smoking, drugs, alcoholics. I have one ten year old, fourteen pound dog (not a yapper), super friendly, who accompanies me to work and almost everywhere else, (store, etc.), as I do not like to leave her. I also have one older cat, (thirteen), (usually asleep in cat tree), and one bird, (caged, unless I am home watching it), in my room only. Please note, this listing is in Topanga Canyon, a car is an absolute must! Also, please be aware, this is a very old house, built on the side of a hill. There are ten cement stairs (there is a very sturdy handrail) leading to the front door. The driveway is very short and steep and the asphalt is old and chipped. This is a typical old Topanga dwelling, suitable for someone fit in mind, body and spirit! It would be awesome to find someone awake and aware! Much care and love has been put into this space, it’s my sanctuary, and an ideal spot for someone traveling light and looking for a safe and serene place to come home to!
