We are currently looking for a working professional just looking for a peaceful and decent place to live in and relax in the beautiful city of Torrance.
It's only 10 minutes away from Del Amo Fashion Mall, 20 Minutes away from redondo beach, really close to the 405 and 110 freeway exits.
What you'll get:
1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (shared with guests very rarely), and 1 parking all for yourself!
All utilities are included, fast internet, water, electricity, shared kitchen and living room.
There'll be house rules once approved. (Respecting Privacy and trust are 2 most important things as we do not want extra problems in our life right)
We'll need a security deposit of $2,000.00 and first month of $1,000.00 starting June 2019!
We'll also need 2 recent paychecks as proof of employment and a valid I. D.
You'll be sharing with a peaceful Filipino Family of 3.
Must be open to people who often cook good smelling food.
Students/Young Professionals/Working professionals are all welcome.
