This is a bedroom for rent only, so no house privileges outside of using the washer & dryer. It is $725 per month including all utilities and use of the washer/dryer. It is in a townhouse style apartment with the bedroom on the 2nd floor. There is small friendly loving dog living there as well as my mom.
