Furnished room for rent to a mature professional. Shared bathroom w/female tenant. Applicant must be non-smoking, quiet, respectful, and easy-going. No heavy drinking, no pot, drugs, smoking or vaping. No overnight guests, and no drama. We are early to rise, early to bed professionals and want same in a prospective tenant.

We call all prior landlords and verify credit and employment history. 10 min drive to beach. Quiet neighborhood. Street parking only. No additional pets allowed because we already have a (hypoallergenic) dog. Housemate must love dog kisses!
