Room for rent

I have 1 room available , Has a extra large closet. There are currently two professional female roommates that work all the time. You will have access to kitchen, living room and balcony. The apartment has its own laundry room that is open 24 hrs a day. The building is super clean and quiet. We are located in Torrance 3 minutes away from delamo mall shopping center, walking 20. There are plenty of places to eat around here and save to walk around the area. Also, there's a small park around the corner. There's plenty of parking outside and one garage available. We will rotate the garage parking. Utilities and Internet are included.
We do require a $700 deposit and $40 application fee
NO SMOKING! Inside the apartment please. We care for our health. We are advocates for health and fitness.
