Room for rent in Torrance

My name is Justin and I have a room for rent in our 3 bedroom/2 bath house. The house consists of me, my girlfriend Alyssa, Patrick and Jason. We are all friends and originally from Connecticut. My gf and I have one bedroom and share one bath while the other two roommates have their own room and share a bathroom. We all are very outgoing and like to go out to bars, dinners, or shows. We also don't mind staying in for movie nights or when we have a small get together. Jason is moving back to Connecticut for work in 2months or so or whenever we find a roommate that meshes with the house.
