The House

The house is situated about 15 minutes away from USC and 15 minutes away from Staples center.
I have also 2 other roommates (that are not very often at the house)
We have also as you can see another couch with a table for sitting , a bathroom and a quite spacious kitchen! There is also our backyard, where you can do pretty much whatever you want, except disturbing the neighbours of course :). There are 2 large sitting couches (Brown and Grey) , a table, and a few plants and bushes next by the wall outside!.
The laundry area is not very far away from home, about 2 blocks and is open 24Hrs!

The Spot

The spot is available in the large main private room and it is a comfortable single bed with the possibility to place another bed on the ground carpet. The room is in the house with 2 other housemates and 1 bathroom.
The place is cozy and has a relaxed atmosphere.

The rules are very easy, we are expecting you to clean after you (cooking and hygiene for bathroom) and be drama free with no stress and pressure.

We also do have a cat and dog, however they are very small and discrete, they wont bother you promise!
Communication is going to be key, so let me know if you want to know anything else :)

Daily : $70 With Additional guest : $90
