Looking for responsible students that are serious about their education and studies. We have a wonderful 2 story mini mansion with a large living room that has air conditioner and cable TV and internet to view.
We have 4 bedrooms and 1 full bath downstairs that is furnished with a bed , desk, and chair. A large Gourmet Kitchen with plenty of cabinets and 3 refrigerators.. We also have a washer and dryer room.
Upstairs we have 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms..
If you have your own furnishings we can remove ours.
Our home is quiet and clean at all times.
Remote control gate and the property is gated as well with parking in the back of the house. Large porch in the front of the house and a large porch on the back of the house. The house also has multiple security cameras set up outside of the house with the monitoring screen next to the back door.
