I am looking for a female roommate to sublease my private fully furnished(Queen bed, L shaped table and a big chair, closet) air-conditioned bedroom available in a 3B1B apartment near Vermont and 37th st during summer. The other 2 female housemates are very tidy and not party freak.

-Fully equipped kitchen
-Furnished Livingroom (Big sofa, dining table and chairs)
- 5 min walk to smart and final
- 5 min walking distance to USC campus
- Within the DPS patrol zone and Campus Cruiser service boundary
RENT/COSTS: The monthly rent is $950, including utilities up to 100$. If the utilities cross the 100$ mark, you need to share the extra with other roommates. Security deposit 950$.
